It is Time to Speak, Increase, and Spread Support for a submitted Petition at Law before the Judge Advocate Division of United States Marine Corp who is the Original American Republic and American People’s Courts at Law and Equity from Article III of the Constitution for the United States of America.

It has come to be revealed the current Civil Courts in the United States, the American Bar Association, and even the U.S. Supreme Court get their power of force from the Judge Advocate Division and Judge Advocate General Corps of the US. Military.

A new American People’s Common Trust has been prepared to resurrect the one that was allowed to completely dissolve by the U.S. Congress in 1964 which allowed NATO to be formed. The Trust includes a pledge of 6 acres of land on the original liberty bell grant from William Penn in the Colonial American Maryland State, and the Contributing Organization that has facilitated the new trust is directly adjoined to the Republican Assembly Charlotte County right here in Charlotte Florida, but is for All American People from Sea to shining Sea.

The Summons and Petition are not asking for military deployment or troops but are simply asking for the Original American Malicia (United States Marine Corps) to honor their sworn oath to protect from all enemies, foreign and domestic, by returning the American Peoples  Rights and Liberties to Petition for Redress of Grievances, have trials by jury, and declare facts at law that cannot be ignored or disregarded without accountability for Public Officers Poor Behavior.

This action will return the Judge Advocates Generals to domestic duty and reopen the Courts that allow each Individual to exercise their American Constitutional Rights to protect themselves and their property and override legal rules and policies passed by School Boards, Commissioners, State Legislators, and even the United States Congress through the administration of Law in the American People’s Original Courts.

The Representative bringing the Suit for the American People has achieved direct communications and correspondence with the Judge Advocate Division, and if there was ever a time in American History, this is the time for the People to scream as loud as they possibly can to push through and reclaim our Lawful rights.
